Revisions
Client receives a 3 revision limit on all digital design Work. If client is not satisfied, there will be a charge of $5 per additional revision request. Revisions include, but are not limited to, fonts, color, sizing, layout.
Billing & Payment
The deposit for project is 50% of total amount of project. Payment or Deposit must be made in full before any work begins. Upon the final approval, The remaining 50 percent is payable to the designer upon completion of the project, and before original artwork is supplied to the client - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Grant Of Rights
JLenee Creative may use Work in portfolio (including, but not limited to, any website that displays JLenee Creative's works). Client has rights to own JPEG, PNG, and PDF files. (This pertains to logo files, social media flyer files, and any other digital files). Files of AI, ESP, or PSD will not be sent to client. Jlenee Creative has full rights to AI, and PSD files.
Design Ownership
ALL DESIGN PROOFS ARE PROPERTY OF JLENEE CREATIVE AND SHOULD NOT BE USED WITHOUT PERMISSION OR RE-CREATED BY ANY OUTSIDE ENTITY. The use of any UNPAID design will result in legal action. If client wishes for any draft files not to be shared via socail sites, client must submit a form of disclosure on their behalf requesting for all files to remain private until the official launch date. If a form of disclosure is not submitted, draft files may be shared.
Loss of data
Jlenee Creative will not be held responsible for any loss of client data. The client will not be entitled to any form of compensation from Jlenee Creative in the event of loss of data, therefore it is recommended that the client also takes steps to back up his/her project.
Refund Policy
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If any work has commenced, draft files have been shared, etc. If for any reason client decides to cancel project, at any time, refund will not be given. Partial refunds are only given if the designer is responsible for a mishap, emergency, or special circumstance.
Content Misspellings/Missing Information
Jlenee Creative will not be held responsible for any misspellings, absent information, Etc. When proofs are sent, please be sure to review everything and proceed with approving your project. Once finalized and sent, There will be a $5 fee to correct or add any additional information.
