Deposits: Private parties are booked by placing a deposit of 50% of your total amount to secure the desired date and time. Please note that private party’s book quickly, especially on weekends, so please try and schedule as far in advance as possible to ensure your desired time and day is available. No date will be held until deposit is paid, NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Remaining balance is due at least 5 business days before event to ensure time for canvas prep, head count, and purchasing of proper materials. NO EXCEPTIONS! There will be an up-charge of $75 for all invoices paid after the 5th business day.

 

Payments: Payment will only be accepted via credit/debit card. An invoice will be sent via email. AS OF JANUARY 1, 2019 CASH PAYMENTS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED.

 

Any party outside of the Greater Columbia, SC will have a travel fee added of $75

 

Inclusion of wine: An additional fee of $150 will be added if client wants to include the option of 4 bottles of wine and fruit tray. We do not permit alcohol for any guest under the age of 21.  


Party duration may also be extended at the price of $25 per each additional hour of instruction (60 minutes).

Painting Selection: Private parties have their choice of painting selection! Jlenee Creative will work with you to create a custom design for your event (for preparation we need to have your selection 1 week prior to your party).

 

Cancellation Policy: While we regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you, our private party cancellation policy is in place to protect Jlenee Creative. For this reason, we firmly require a minimum of 10 business days (Monday-Friday) notice of cancellation before your party date to grant a deposit refund or rescheduled date. A delayed deposit placed less than 7 days before the desired party date will NOT be eligible for either refund or reschedule. All refunds made 10 days before the event will be charged a $60 cancellation fee (taken out of the deposit). 

 

Alcohol Policy: Client agrees that anyone consuming alcohol (wine/beer only) are 21 years of age or older and will consume alcoholic beverages responsibly. Client releases and waive any and all claims or action that may arise against Jlenee Creative, LLC, its affiliates, successors or assigns as well as the owner and employees/contractors as a result of anything which occurs before, during or after client session including to but not limited to injury, loss, theft or damage to any person or property. By registering for this class customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
